The Kings Theatre will reopen from 3 August 2021 and we’re doing all we can to make sure you feel comfortable and safe as we return to normal. Here’s everything you need to know for when you come back to the Kings.
This page will be regularly updated if things change, so please check again before you visit for the latest information.
Book with confidence: If you or anyone in your party feels unwell, or been told to isolate, then they should not attend. You can let us know up to 24 hours before the performance if you are unable to attend for Covid related reasons and we will exchange your tickets for another performance or credit the value of tickets to your account for use at a future performance.
Face Coverings: We encourage our audience and staff to wear masks in the theatre, particularly when moving around inside the venue. This is not compulsory, but we ask customers to remain considerate of fellow audience members.
Handwashing: We’ll provide hand sanitiser stations throughout the venue. Please use them and/or wash your hands regularly using soap and warm water.
Coming into the theatre: To help regulate congestion into the theatre our Stalls and Circle Entrances will both be open for entry. Out of courtesy to others, please continue to leave as much space as you can.
Refreshments: Our Bars will be open, with cashless payment required. We will also be operating an At Your Seat bar service. You can use our Butlr app to pre-order drinks before the show, and for the interval. The app can be downloaded here:
