Important Info Before Your Visit

For Your Safety And Comfort We Ask That You Read The Following Before Your Visit

Temperature check 

Take your temperature before travelling. If your temperature reading 37.8°c or above, you have a new continuous cough or any other Covid symptoms you should stay home and contact who will be able to provide you with your ticket and refund options.  You will not be able to enter the theatre or attend the performance. 

Face coverings 

During your visit you are required to wear a face covering at all times, except when eating and drinking. If you do not have a face covering we will have disposable face coverings available (donation optional). If you are exempt please advise our FOH staff and they will provide a Sunflower sticker for you. Children under the age of 3 are not required to wear a face covering and face coverings are optional for children up to the age of 11.

Check your arrival time and entrance 

Please check your pre-show email which will tell you your arrival time and which entrance to come to.  Please aim  to arrive at, or near to the designated arrival time. If you arrive too early you may have to queue outside the theatre, and if you arrive too late you may not be admitted, or you may be seated in an available area of the theatre until a suitable break to allow you to take your seats.

Ordering refreshments 

We are currently offering a limited refreshment service. A staff member will be in the auditorium taking orders that will then be bought to your seat. All refreshments will be in closed containers and served in bags.

Card payments only

All payments for refreshments must be by card as staff will not be handling cash.

When You Arrive

Join the queue 

On arrival at the venue please join the queue at your correct entrance door which are designated A-E. Once in the queue please ensure you maintain a safe distance from others.  Staff will be on hand to assist you. 

Ticket checks 

Please have your e-ticket on your phone ready for a contactless check by our Front of House staff. Alternatively bring print outs of your e-tickets. 

Temperature checks 

Our staff member will check your temperature. Only one person can be assessed at one time so please wait to be called forward. If your reading is 37.8°c  or above you will be asked to stand aside for 5 minutes and then your temperature will be taken again. If your temperature remains at 38°c  or above you will not be able to enter the theatre or attend the performance and our staff will  inform you of your options.    

Hand sanitiser 

You will be asked to sanitise your hands before moving into the theatre. 

Face coverings 

Face coverings must be worn in the theatre at all times, unless you are eating or drinking. If you are exempt from wearing face coverings please advise our Front of House staff member who will be able to provide you with a sunflower sticker. If you have not bought a face covering and you are not exempt you will be provided with a disposable face covering (donations optional). 

Taking your seats 

Once you and your party enter the theatre you will be shown to your allocated seat. You must stay in your allocated seat. All seats have been allocated in line with current social distancing guidelines. We ask you to keep movement around the theatre to a minimum: to get refreshments or use the toilet facilities only. If you need to move around the theatre please ensure you follow the arrows and any guidance from our staff.

During Your Visit

Keep your distance 

During your visit please ensure you maintain a safe distance from others.

Follow the routes 

When moving around the theatre, please follow the clearly marked routes to help maintain safe distancing. We’ve installed easy to follow floor markings and signage to assist you. 

Wear your face covering 

Whilst in the theatre, you must wear a face covering throughout your visit, except when eating and drinking. See above for exemptions. 

Using toilet facilities 

Our toilets are open for use. Please ensure you move from your seat and back to your seat using the clearly marked routes in the theatre and maintain your distance if queuing for the toilets.  Please wash your hands before and after using toilet facilities and sanitise your hands using the products provided

When You Are Leaving

After the show 

At the end of the performance please stay in your seats until directed by our Front of House team . You will be asked to exit via specific doors.
