A relaxed performance of this classic 1952 film in the Kings Theatre Auditorium.
The film Singin’ in the Rain stars Gene Kelly, Donald O’Connor and Debbie Reynolds. It offers a lighthearted depiction of Hollywood in the late 1920s, with the three stars portraying performers caught up in the transition from silent films to “talkies”.
This screening will be dementia friendly, the lights will only be partially dimmed, talking will be allowed and there will be doors open to the stalls bar if a break is required where tea and coffee will be available.
Tickets are £5 each but a carer will go free. This is open to anyone who is living with dementia, their carers, friends and family.
