Twirlywoos – Socially Distanced Performances

Booking Tickets and Seats in the Theatre

  • We are limiting our audience numbers for these performances by following recommended social distancing guidelines.
  • When booking for Twirlywoos please choose the number of tickets for your party within the seating Bubbles. You will need to book the entire bubble and cannot book only part of one.
  • In the week before the performance we will email you with your entrance time and the entrance door to the theatre you should use in order to keep queues to a minimum.

Rule of 6

  • In line with the governments’ current guidance you can book in groups of up to 6 people from mixed households online. If you are planning to bring a larger group from the same family then please contact Box Office who will be able to make sure that you are all seated together in accordance with the prevailing guidance.

Accessible Seats and Companion Tickets

  • Our accessible seats in the stalls will still be available but the number may be reduced due to social distancing. Our £10 Companion tickets are also available.
  • Full details of how to book and eligibility can be found here.

Pre-Ordering Refreshments

  • In advance of the performance we will email you with details about your seating and entrance times (see above). This email will also include details on how to download the Butlr app to your phone which will allow you to purchase a limited selection of drinks, snacks and ice-creams when you arrive at the theatre that will then be delivered to you at your seat to minimise movement around the theatre and contact with other staff/customers.

Hygiene and Safety

  • A deep clean of the venue has been undertaken.
  • An increased daily cleaning regime will be in operation, including between shows on 2 show days.
  • Hand sanitisers will be available at all entrances and throughout the building for staff, performers and customers.
  • Staff training has been undertaken so that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and hygiene routine to be followed.
  • All staff will be supplied with PPE as needed.
  • If you are showing any symptoms of Covid 19 please do not come to the theatre.
  • Audience members are encouraged to bring their own face coverings. Disposable face coverings will be available at the theatre.
  • Non-contact temperature checks will apply to all staff, performers and customers.
  • Screens have been fitted to our Box Office, merchandise and confectionery counters.
